Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us, so you can return anything you purchased from our web store within 30 days of the date of delivery.  Items returned for refund must be in their original, unused, unworn, unwashed, saleable condition and accompanied by a copy of the original receipt.  The exception to this policy is perishable food items, as all sales are final on perishable goods. All sale items are final.  Please note that we cannot refund your original shipping charges unless there was a defective, damaged, or broken item.  In these situations, please contact our customer service department toll-free at info@shopislandfanatic.com prior to returning your item.  Island Fanatic is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. Once your items are received, a credit will be processed and issued to the original payment method. It generally takes 2 weeks to process returns or credits.   We do not perform exchanges at this time.  

 

Print-on-demand (POD) items are custom printed when you place your order for an item noted as POD, so, unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges for custom items. Please double-check and verify the provided size charts included with each item to make sure you are ordering the appropriate size. Items may be returned for a refund (excluding shipping) of POD items with prior approval. If the item arrives damaged, or incorrect please contact us (and include a photo of the item) at info@shopislandfanatic.com to receive approval for a return authorization.
